Cancellation Policy

At The Junction, we value transparency and fairness. Please read the cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation by the Client for Hotel or Tour

All cancellations must be submitted in writing . The cancellation date will be considered as the date on which we receive the written request.


Cancellation Charges:

• 30 days & more prior to Arrival Date: ➝ Full Refund or Credit Note will be issued as per Tour/Hotel Policy .

• 15–30 days prior to Arrival Date: ➝ 50% of the Total Package Cost will be deducted

• Within 15 days of Arrival Date: ➝ No Refund (100% Cancellation Charges Apply)

Refund or credit note is subject to supplier approval (hotel, transport, tour operator, cruise, etc.)


2. Airline Ticket Cancellation Policy

All flight ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are strictly governed by the respective airline’s rules and tariff conditions at the time of booking.


• Some special, promotional, and discounted airfares are 100% non-refundable & non-changeable.

• Airline cancellation, re-issuance, rescheduling & no-show charges will apply as per airline policy.

• Any fare difference at the time of date change must be paid by the passenger. .

• In case of flight delay, reschedule, or cancellation, the airline’s decision on refund or alternate flight will be final. .

• No-show tickets are fully non-refundable. .


Agency Service Charges:

A standard service fee will be charged for any airline cancellation, reissue, or amendment (non-refundable) for a ticket.


Airline Disclaimer:

The Junction acts only as a facilitator. Final authority regarding refunds, changes, or compensation lies solely with the respective airline.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:


• Visa fees

• Peak season hotel bookings

• Cruise bookings

• Special event tours

• Promotional airfare

• Government taxes & fees


4. Cancellation by the Agency / Force Majeure

In case of natural calamities, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, airline suspension, or government advisories, refunds will be processed as per supplier rules only. We are not responsible for any personal loss, visa cost, travel insurance, or extra expenses.


5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving approval from suppliers.

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

• Bank & payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

At The Junction, we respect your privacy. The personal information you share with us (name, contact details, ID proofs, and travel details) is used only for booking, payment processing, and service delivery..

We do not sell or misuse your data. Your information may only be shared with airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and travel partners strictly for booking purposes.
